What will I receive?
One ZIP with two PDFs totaling 18 pages, two editable HTML planner companions, two text sources, one Excel expense workbook and two guides. No physical item is shipped.
Which software do I need?
Use a computer that can unzip files, a PDF reader supporting form fields and a desktop browser for the optional HTML companions. Microsoft Excel is required for the expense tracker and is not included. Google Sheets, Apple Numbers and mobile use have not been verified.
Can I type into or print the planners?
Yes. Type into the PDF form fields and save a copy, or print on US Letter paper (8.5 × 11 inches) at 100% scale. PDF headings are fixed; the HTML companions let you edit the wording. Choose Save filled copy in the HTML file before closing.
Does the spreadsheet calculate totals?
Yes. Microsoft Excel calculates monthly and category totals for complete entries in your selected year. This USD edition has 500 prepared expense rows and does not convert currencies or connect to your bank. The separate travel PDF cost page is a written tracker.
Can I use the files for more than one pet?
Yes, within your household. Repeat planner pages for each pet and share completed sitter or travel pages with chosen caregivers. Do not redistribute the expense workbook or resell blank templates and source files.
How will I receive the download?
After successful payment, you receive a download link. Use an email address you can access at checkout, then unzip the package and open START-HERE.txt. See our Digital Delivery & Shipping page for help.
What if I have a file or payment problem?
Contact support@pawdriva.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We can review access failures, defective or missing files, content that differs from the description and duplicate charges. See Returns & Refunds for the full policy.
Was AI used to create the bundle?
Yes. The bundle was created with generative AI, with content, layout, form and spreadsheet calculation checks. It organizes information you provide; it does not supply veterinary advice or emergency authorization.
