These Terms of Service apply to your use of pawdriva.com and purchases made from Pawdriva. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies posted on the site.

Products and pricing

We work to present product descriptions, images, prices, and availability accurately. Details may be corrected or updated when needed. We may cancel or refund an order if a material pricing, inventory, or listing error prevents us from fulfilling it as offered.

Orders

You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information, including an email address you can access. For physical-product orders, you also agree to provide accurate shipping information. We may decline or cancel orders when reasonably necessary for suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory limitations, shipping restrictions, or listing errors. If a cancelled order has already been charged, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Digital delivery, shipping and refunds

Delivery, shipping and refund terms are governed by the Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds pages posted on this site. Digital downloads do not include a physical shipment. Terms for existing physical-product orders remain applicable to those orders.

Digital products and permitted use

Before purchasing, review the product description for file formats, included materials, software requirements and use permissions. Software, printing supplies and services are included only when the product description expressly says so.

The Pet Care Organizer Bundle is licensed for one household. You may edit and print the planners for your household and share completed sitter or travel pages with chosen caregivers. The expense workbook is for personal household use and must not be redistributed. Do not resell or redistribute blank templates, source files or altered versions as products. No exclusive rights to AI-generated material are promised.

The bundle's planners and tracker are organizational tools, not veterinary advice, emergency authorization, travel-entry guidance or a bank, accounting or tax service. Check care instructions and travel requirements with the appropriate people and providers.

Site use

You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use site content in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of Pawdriva or others.

Intellectual property

The Pawdriva name, branding, original site content, and other protected materials may not be copied or used commercially without permission except as permitted by law.

Customer rights

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on the site at the time of your purchase will apply to that purchase, subject to applicable law.
